• All original tags must remain attached.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

1.2. Requesting a Return

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

• A brief description of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide:

• ✅ A prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns)

• ✅ Detailed return instructions

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

• Faulty or damaged

• Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards and store policy, certain items cannot be returned:

• Bodysuits & swimwear

• Lingerie & undergarments

• Accessories & jewelry

• Final sale items and gift cards

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Need a different size, color, or style? We suggest:

2. Once approved, placing a new order for the item you want

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the refund status:

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• If rejected, we will provide an explanation.

5.2. Refund Timing

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund doesn’t appear after 10 business days:

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If your return is due to a defective or damaged product, EVE&CO. will cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

• For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

7. Order Cancellations & Address Updates

• Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly. To request a cancellation, contact care@theeveco.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order.

• Address Changes: Please notify us of any shipping address changes within 12 hours of order placement.
