.Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items
You may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation)
- Clear photos showing the issue must be provided
Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)
You may return eligible non-defective items if:- The item is unused and unworn
- Original tags remain attached
- The item is returned in original packaging
- Return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene standards and store policy, certain items cannot be returned:- Bodysuits & swimwear
- Lingerie & undergarments
- Earrings & certain jewelry items
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
4. Exchanges
Need another size, color, or style? Submit an Exchange Request.Once approved:
- Customers cover a small shipping fee
- We’ll ship the replacement item as quickly as possible
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect returned items: If approved:- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- We will explain why the return was not approved
