• All original tags must remain attached.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards and store policy, certain items cannot be returned:

• Lingerie & undergarments

• Final sale items and gift cards

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the refund status:

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If your return is due to a defective or damaged product, EVE&CO. will cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

• For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

7. Order Cancellations & Address Updates

• Cancellations: Orders are processed quickly. To request a cancellation, contact care@theeveco.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order.

• Address Changes: Please notify us of any shipping address changes within 12 hours of order placement.
